On many projects, the design phase is often rushed through, or completely overlooked by landscape contractors. At Bulldog Landscaping, we consider the design phase to be the most important part of any successful project. Whether you're considering a small landscape renovation job, or starting completely from scratch in a new home, a good design plan puts the client and design team on the same page.

"Clients can feel comfortable sharing their ideas with us", says owner Dave Ollivier. Please continue reading to get a basic idea of how our process works for potential new clients.

During the initial consultation at the client’s home, basic design ideas, budget limits, and scheduling issues are discussed. Digital photos are taken along with a detailed rough sketch. The design phase has begun; it’s that simple! Clients are then contacted by staff designer Chet Lubrant and a verbal cost range is provided. An office appointment is then scheduled, at which time conceptual plans are reviewed. The images are to scale and are in so the entire project can be seen in its’ entirety. This is the time when any changes are made instantaneously. Once the final design is complete and the client is 100% satisfied, an exact cost of the project is provided. The deposit is then taken and the work is scheduled.
Design services and color landscape plans are also available for the "do it yourselfer" who is simply looking for a good set of working plans.

The staff at Bulldog Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC is passionate about providing each client with a completely unique project, one that fits their personal needs, lifestyle, and budget. After all, we're not just selling another job, we're selling another experience!
